digital & analog | advanced lighting | artful compositions
A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words.
In our still photography, we make use of both digital and analog formats, advanced lighting techniques,
and artful composition to set the scene just right. Whether our palette is black and white or in color,
we hope the viewer will feel as though they, too, are in the photograph.
LIVE IN CONCERT...
NOCOAST is a mainstay in Colorado’s epic music industry.
Tobin Voggesser and Jesse Borrell work with artists and bands including such talent as The Lumineers, My Morning Jacket, Billy Strings, Lotus, Béla Fleck, and Grace Potter.
Our work has been published nationwide and includes magazine features, public relations content, album covers, and merchandise. We shoot live concerts and studio photography.
OUT IN THE FIELD...
NOCOAST travels far and wide to capture the action.
Follow along as we hit the road to work with clients such as Electric Forest, the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Draft Kings, and Red Rocks – just to name a few!
Our FLY-READY kit is set to go, so hit us up!
IN THE STUDIO...
NOCOAST excels at capturing the essence of one’s character, up close and personal – with superb use of advanced lighting techniques and setting.

THE SPEED OF LIGHT...
NOCOAST loves to capture timelapses.
In timelapse, the frequency at which film frames are captured is much lower than the frequency used to view the sequence.
When played at normal speed, time appears to be moving faster and thus lapsing. Processes that would normally appear subtle and slow to the human eye, such as the motion of the sun and stars in the sky or the growth of a plant, become very pronounced. Experimental and exciting!
FROM THE SKY...
NOCOAST is FAA Part 107 Licensed and Insured for aerial photography and videography. We recently updated to the DJI Mavic 3, and we are in love with the enhanced control and 5.1K resolution from the new drone.
Aerial photos are used for practical purposes too. For example, check out the job site image in this slide show. Exceptionally detailed freeze-frames can be extracted from vast panoramas.
From our perspective, aerial photos are beautiful, humbling, and astonishing!
